Directions to Praise Assembly

FROM WEST OF GARFIELD:

Take ROUTE 80 EAST to exit 61 (Garfield/Elmwood Park - Route 507). After following exit ramp to the light, turn RIGHT onto River Road (Route 507). Continue on River Road for about a mile until you see the Service Diner on your right and a gas station on your left. Turn LEFT here onto LANZA AVE. Stay on Lanza Ave through one traffic light. After the traffic light, make a RIGHT at the second street which will be MAIN STREET. Praise Assembly is located at the end of block on the RIGHT side. It is a beige brick building with green front doors.

FROM EAST OF GARFIELD:

Take ROUTE 80 WEST to Exit 61 (Garfield/Elmwood Park - Route 507). Turn LEFT at the end of the exit ramp onto RIVER ROAD (Rte. 507). Go through 5 traffic lights, staying on River Road until you see the Service Diner on your right and a gas station on your left. Turn LEFT here onto LANZA AVE. Stay on Lanza Ave. through one traffic light. After the traffic light, make a RIGHT at the second street which will be MAIN STREET. Praise Assembly is located at the end of the block on the RIGHT side. It is a beige brick building with green front doors.

FROM SOUTH OF GARFIELD:

Take the New Jersey Turnpike NORTH to Route 80 WEST and follow directions for "From East of Garfield" above.

Take the GARDEN STATE PARKWAY NORTH to exit #157. This puts you directly onto Route 46 EASTBOUND. A few thousand yards ahead, you will see a traffic light with a Nissan Dealership on the left corner, and a diner on the right corner. Just BEFORE you reach the light, take the exit around the back of the diner, turning quickly LEFT, then RIGHT onto BOULEVARD - following signs for Garfield the whole time. Go several blocks and at the next traffic light, turn RIGHT onto LANZA AVE. Make your second LEFT onto MAIN STREET. Praise Assembly is located at the end of the block on the RIGHT side. It is a beige brick building with green front doors.

FROM NORTH OF GARFIELD:

Take the Garden State Parkway SOUTH to EXIT #159 (Saddle Brook/GWB/Route 80). Follow signs for Route 80 WEST. Then see directions for "From East of Garfield" above.
